We needed serious work done in our backyard. It was essentially never visited...just a place to let the dog out and also do some grilling...never lingered there very long. After perusing other companies & products, I selected Allied Outdoor Solutions for my project. I thoroughly researched materials, warranties, etc. and contracted Allied for the job. Work was performed on a timely basis (as weather permitted.) Work crew was punctual, experienced, and friendy. The project manager, Shea, appeared frequently to inspect progress and quality. The end project was beautiful and I would reccomend Allied Outdoor Solutions to anyone!

Project manager Noah Poirot worked with us throughout the entire process to insure an excellent end product was provided. The on-site workers were always courteous and adaptive to any concerns or modifications we had. The overall process took longer than expected but when working with Home Owner Associations and City regulations that is to be expected. Couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with Allied Outdoor Solutions. The permitting for the pool took an extremely long time, no fault of AOS, but once that was approved the actual construction of the project went very smooth. Noah and Joey were great to work with and kept me up to date on the schedule. The crews were professional, their workmanship and attention to detail were spot on, and they left a clean job site everyday that they were here. Everything went well. I got angry only once, but that was something minor and was it was taken care of to my satisfaction. Craig is a good guy. We sat down and he gave us some good ideas, spent a lot of time with us and worked up a good price. Carlos worked with us on the construction and was easy to contact anytime I had a question. He also catered to my time line as the job progressed. All in all my wife and I are very pleased with the whole job.

Brent Hare was our project consultant and was very helpful in understanding the differences between their Carvestone product and other methods of putting a "new face" on concrete surfaces. We were given a timeframe of 3-4 weeks to start. Needless to say, were shocked to have our project manager meet with us the next day and the actual work began the day after that!
