AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING WORK! From the sales person (David) to the project Manager (Austen) to the three artists (yes, they truly are) that actually did the work, the project was flawless!!!! The first day the crew arrived on time and they cleared the landscaping in no time at all. They did a great job preparing the space, The 2nd day;they poured the cement and it looked beautiful except for the small crack that developed. Carlos had the integrity to recognize this issue and so they came out the next day to re-pour it again: Unfortunately; after breaking it up and taking it away, they had to wait most of the day for the cement to arrive. Pre-work meeting with Project Manager (PM) showed great changeover notes for the job. PM was able to better clarify any technical questions we had. Scheduling was prompt and flexible. Quality and professionalism is important to us and we were not disappointed. These guys deliver. They were very helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted. Our phone calls were always answered, the installation went exactly as described, cleanup was very good and the post job inspection was very professional.
