Incompetent Repair Service The staff is friendly and polite, but they seem more interested in fixing minor cosmetic imperfections on your car than any sort of necessary repairs. Maybe it depends on the mechanic, but I needed to tow my car back to the shop three times after a supposed "repair." The service staff also takes treats you as if you have no knowledge about cars, as if all BMW drivers are mechanically inept. You'd be better off driving the distance and taking your car to BMW of San Francisco.

Niiice Allison BMW sure has some nice looking BMW’s (both new and used). I like going there just looking at the cars, not actually buying anything (as if I have the money). The salespeople seem pretty nice and are helpful. I think this is a nice place to find your dream car, if it is a BMW that is.

The repair shop is pretty much the only BMW service center located in the penninsula area. The closest other BMW shop is Peter Pan BMW in San mateo or Stevens Creek BMW in San Jose. The service staff is hit or miss. I've brought my car in several times to Allison BMW and either had incredible service and they fixed the issue with my car right away, or horribly incompetent service, where it took them a week to find a small part and that didn't even fix the problem. Consistency is hard to find at this place. Allison BMW is located on El Camino Real near the Highway 85 exit in mountain view.
