I paid this contractor tens of thousands of dollars for this wall. AND he says I must pay him to repair them AND even if I pay him he still won't guarantee this won't happen again AND the independent engineer's report states the contractor failed to build the wall in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. CAVEAT EMPTOR!! Btw as one poster has already noted several 5 star posts on google are posted by company employees. What does that tell you?
