My husband purchased glasses from Sam's. They started getting stress cracks in the lens. I submitted a claim and within 6 days I had a check to go buy a new pair. It was super simple and easy.
I had 2 recent claims, both got pushed back. For one, I had to submit pictures and a video. For the other, I had to call and speak to someone. Both were quickly resolved once I did those things. The people I spoke to were very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and kind.

The dryer developed a problem. The air only cycle wouldn't stay on and the towel cycle wouldn't dry the towels. The technician couldn't fix the problem so the dryer had to be replaced. I had a 3 year extended warranty on the dryer so it was replaced at no cost to me.
The experience was a fast and easy process. There was very little digital paperwork to complete and the check arrived promptly!

So glad we purchased the warranty on our furniture. We had a few buttons pop off the sofa and loveseat. Tried to get it fixed but the parts weren’t available. They were going to replace the furniture, which I was so happy with, but it had been discontinued. So they gave us a refund on the furniture. I was so glad the sales guy told us to buy the warranty. It was so worth it. And it wasn’t like pulling teeth working w the company. They were so prompt in their communication every step of the way.
