For a change, I purchased the extended warranty on my newly purchased printer. Eighteen months, the printer was experiencing issues. I contacted Allstate and they gave me clear and easy instructions to ship the printer in for repair or replacement. Allstate timely looked at the printer and determined it could not be repaired. They quickly mailed a refund check that I was able to use to purchase another (different brand) printer. After such a positive experience, I did not hesitate to purchase a warranty on the new printer.
The technician knew what to do and was able to fix the problem.
Multiple agents involved and found that TV was irreparable, but problem resolved satisfactorily.

Easy and just waiting on my payment to get a new tv
In the past 1 yr you been here 3 times and 2 of those times in the last 3 weeks. My wager has been shaking and the soap was licking or come out from somewhere also my washer has a really bad smell that when I call I mentí on it and also mention it to the technician. The shaking is still happening and the smell has gotten worse and I have not received any calls letting me know whats the next step to this problem. I hope someone get back to me soon.
