Overall experience was good. Took more time than I thought was necessary. Had all my paperwork in order with all my information. In the end claim was approved. Customer service was very courteous and professional.
I had trouble entering a claim, I then called it in and was given step by step instructions. Smooth process.

The laptop screen was repaired but it had to go to 2 different repair centers, which would be fine but it took over a month to get it back.

I filed a request for warranty coverage and left a text message which was promptly answered and the rest went relatively smooth with no bumps on the road…
The coverage was wonderful and I purchased a glass. When It came to a claim, going to the website on the QR code and processing McLean was very very difficult. The whole have problems and couldn’t find our plan, it was almost to get a bunch of chat with us, and no phone number to call.
