At first I was worried because the issue with my refrigerator would require a repair and I would have to. Upfront Pay a repair call upfront then apply for reimbursement. I worked with customer support because I didn’t know the cost of repairs beyond the $170 for a visit. Everything worked out and I was extremely happy with the outcome and thankful I had the plan
