DO NOT take your beloved furry pets to this place, SPECIFICALLY to Dr. Thompson. My normally happy, full of purrs cat returned from the office and hid underneath my couch for the rest of the day. I couldn’t pick him up and couldn’t pet him. This was just a routine check up. I regret not listening to the other reviews on this page stating that Dr. Thompson was rough with their fur babies.
Truly a place where the animals are more important than people. The staff love themselves and their clients' money, with a veneer of niceness until you piss off one of the staff. Whoa.. I highly recommend you don't do that. Based on actual experience. Fortunately, as they pointed out, there are plenty of vets in the area.
