Quick service, super nice people. 7:00 am appointment means I'm in and out before 8:00 am, which is really convenient.
Patient care and comfort is obviously their main concern. I was greeted with smiling faces and polite attitude. If I had any complaints it would be my insurance is obviously not worth the paper the card is printed on or the charges were to high, which I have no control over. There were no surprises. Everything was explained in detail and the charges were explained at the exam so I knew what my out of pocket expense was going to be before the procedure. This is by far the best dentist I've been too, from the front office staff, to the assistant, to the hygienist, who did check ups I've never had done anywhere else, to a very knowledgeable dentist. The environment is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. I recommended this place to anyone In need of a dentist who'll treat you the right way!
May I start by saying that every part of my visit to Alsbury Dental was awesome! I was, as always, greeted with a smile, which always makes me comfortable from the moment I walk in. I had a crown done with Dr. Resla and his assistant, Avis. They made my visit pleasurable. I was offered nitrous (at no charge) during my procedure to make me more comfortable. Everyone is so sweet and accomodating. I love this dental office and the people that work in it!
Usually I am very pleased with my cleaning appts but I miss having Vickie do it. I did not know ahead of time that she was not back from medical leave yet and used another tech. The substitute was very nice and did an ok job but it was not a good a job as Vickie always does so I was not satisfied this time.
