Big thanks to Dr. Burkman and staff for making our appointment for our sweet old man heeler so easy. He was loved on throughout the appointment, putting both of our minds at ease and everything including costs and courses of action was made very clear for me, and there was zero pressure to make any decisions on the spot. After a poor experience elsewhere, I am relieved to have chosen Alta for our care.

I was not happy with my current vet. I decided to give Alta Animal Hospital a try. We met with Dr. Burkman, as soon as she entered the room I felt comfortable and at ease. She took her time and thoroughly examined my sick cat. She went over her diagnosis and treatment with me, not once making me feel intimidated. I was hesitant to go here but when we couldn't get into any other clinics within 2 hrs we gave them a try and I am so glad we did. We will think of Alta first when we have a veterenary need.
