I am visiting the area and Alta Vista staff worked me in to have my dog, Josie, checked out. Even though I was late getting there they were extremely nice and still let us see the doctor. Dr. Maria Zayas has a wonderful personality, was thorough and gentle in her exam of Josie and gave me treatment options along with what they would cost. I agreed with her diagnosis and treatment plan and did not feel overcharged being I was basically a work-in. All the staff at Alta Vista were so nice. I couldn’t have asked for better.
We have been using Alta Vista for many years, and as always they were great with our Molly before, during and after her surgery. Everyone treats animals as if they were their own pets, with love and kindness. We have always trusted them with our dogs and can not say enough good things about Alta Vista Animal Hospital. Again we want to thank everyone there for the care Molly has received. We recommend this clinic to anyone who needs care for their small animals Clyde Youngman
We’re new to town and my son recommended Alta Vista since they’ve taken such good care of his dogs. They were running behind due to some more urgent patients, but were very apologetic. Once we got back to a room, Dr. Rumrill was so kind and gentle with our shih tzu Cookie. She listened to our concerns and came up with a treatment plan (that did NOT include unnecessary testing that some vets will push on you). We will definitely return to this office and highly recommend!!
Before yesterday I would've given this place 5 stars because of the kindness and compassion of Dr Renee, their former vet tech Sam, and their former client services rep Diana. Awesome, awesome people. Yesterday was the first time my dog hid from a vet tech and was afraid. The new vet they had also told us she doesn't care what anyone thinks of her (which was an odd thing to say upon first meeting new people), then made derogatory comments about people from Texas but said it was okay because she used to live inTexas. My 3 dogs are treated so well at Alta Vista Animal Hospital. We recently moved to Crawford from Broomfield and we looked for a reputable vet for our dogs as we have always taken them to a great veterinarian who put their health first! Anytime an emergency comes up with any one of my 3 dogs I know I can turn to the great vets at Alta Vista to see my babies at a moments notice! I recommend any their vets for your pets. I also love that they follow up with a call to make sure our dog is ok after a visit!
