Providers are great. Front office doesn’t exist or the lady is hyper incompetent
Great provider, horrible front office.
Providers are great but front office staff is awful. They never answer the phone, hold times out in 10 minutes and disconnects you. You can explain an issue and they don’t understand and then they accuse you of lying.
Looking at previous reviews, I guess a lot has changed over the past few years?? Dr. Altahir suggested that we stop one of my meds for a week and to call him if changes are needed. The change made me more tired and I started falling asleep at school. I sent several emails asking for a phone call to discuss my concerns and any medication changes needed to be made.
