Love this place! Very caring and passionate Veterinarians and staff. I have had the pleasure to deal with most of the people in this office. They have been with me thru rough times of loosing a couple of my old pets and even cried with me! And have taken care of my younger pets. None of my animals have a fear of going into this office. They explain everything to you, answer questions, and give all of the options to you and treat the animals as if they were their own. Best Vet Clinic in town!
I have been bringing my pets here for years and can't begin to describe how awesome the doctors and staff are. We had an emergency this morning with one of my dogs. They got her in right away and had to do an emergency c-section. The level of care provided by the entire staff, from the doctors to the receptionist, is superb. Thank you to Dr. Hoffpauer, Dr. West and all of the staff for everything!

I recently went to see Dr. Lori West, because I moved from CT. I was looking for a good vet that cared about my animals that also had a more of a holistic approach. I have found exactly that. She took her time to go over a few issues with my animals. I was seen right away and she took her time to explain everything. I am very happy that I found a good vet for my animals and would recommend Dr. West and Alvin Animal Clinic to everyone. They are also very affordable which is nice when you are living on a budget.
