When i first came to Pediatric Associate i wasn't very happy with the service. I went again and that's when i meet Dr. Romano. That was the best doctor they could have given my kids. She is the best doctor. Dr. Romano is very knowledgeable, very caring for her patients. She makes you feel like family. I'm very thankful for her. And i will continue to bring all 4 of my kids as long as Dr. Romano remains there. I recommend parents to ask for Dr. Romano to care for there children. I've been with Dr. Romano-Silva for 12 years now (for my 3 kids) & she is amazing in every way! I love that she is not quick to run to medicine unless necessary, its obvious she always has my kids absolute best interest at heart & she's EXTREMELY knowledgable as she's been spot on with very rare things that has happened with my kids over this past decade that other doctors were having a hard time figuring out. I adore her and travel far & deal with the wait time for her, HIGHLY recommend!

I have been bringing my kids to this office for many years. I have dealt with most of their Doctors on staff and have never had a bad experience. I love the way the staff treats my kids and myself. From the front desk, nurses, the Doctors and everyone else. Dr. Romano-Silva has always taken her time when she has dealt with my kids and always listened when I had any questions or concerns. I will keep bringing my kids here for as long as I can.
This is my doctor of choice every time I visit the Kendall office. She is professional, respectful and caring. She is very sweet and my four children feel comfortable speaking to her when we visit.
Great with my daughter , good bedside manners ! Always very helpful since day one with all the questions we had as first time parents.
I was deceived by several positive reviews on Yelp. Horrible bed side manner, impatient, and treats patients as if they were adults. No compassion whatsoever. Rude and has a God complex.
