Victor, who assisted me at my eye appointment was clearly very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in helping me. I could tell he cares deeply about his work and about patients having a good experience. At times, the approach felt just a bit too intense for me—a little louder, more assertive, and more engaging than I personally needed.
