Dr. Morrison and her staff were very pleasant and courteous. My exam and upcoming cataract procedure were explained to me in great detail. I had an immediate sense of comfort and relief versus what I have experienced at a very reputable facility in downtown Columbus. I will refer Dr. Morrison and her office to family and friends.

As always, staff was very informative of what was to be done at each phase of the appointment and Dr Morrison was the same - so pleasant and explained results of tests in an easy to understand conversation .

Wonderful staff, friendly, knowledgeable & compassionate. Instructed me throughout the whole experience. That helped me feel less anxious. I’m a nurse, so I had a lot of “nursing” questions and all the staff seemed to enjoy answering all my questions and explaining their role in my care.

The visit was good. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby very long at all before I got called back. All employees were pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was at the end of my visit I was handed a card with my next appointment date and time already set. I prefer to have a say in when my future appointment’s will be and not have it be assumed that whatever you set will work for me.
