As always, staff was very informative of what was to be done at each phase of the appointment and Dr Morrison was the same - so pleasant and explained results of tests in an easy to understand conversation .

Wonderful staff, friendly, knowledgeable & compassionate. Instructed me throughout the whole experience. That helped me feel less anxious. I’m a nurse, so I had a lot of “nursing” questions and all the staff seemed to enjoy answering all my questions and explaining their role in my care.

The visit was good. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby very long at all before I got called back. All employees were pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was at the end of my visit I was handed a card with my next appointment date and time already set. I prefer to have a say in when my future appointment’s will be and not have it be assumed that whatever you set will work for me.

Efficient checkup-problem was eye exam had expired from last year & I wasn’t given another one today because it wasn’t found until after appointment so now I have to go back for another appointment just for that ; person explained it& was very kind to find me first available appointment that worked for me -
