All I can say right now is, WOW! I was overwhelmed with their hospitality, all staff. The environment was so warm and welcoming. I kid you not, everyone that I came in contact with I shared my wonderful experience with them, even the DART bus driver and other passengers. I will certainly be making Dr. Amanda Hoelscher my permanent Optometrist at Key-Whitman Eyecare.
My visit was pretty quick. Dr Hoelscher was great. She was efficient, succinct, pleasant and informative.
Dr Hoelscher was very quick and efficient and explained everything to me regarding my sight issues. She was very attentive and listened and answered all my questions
In a word, Dr. Hoelscher is simply outstanding. She is prompt, highly skilled, friendly, and responsive to patient concerns and questions. Her staff is equally friendly and efficient. Highly recommended. By the way, her actual location is SW corner of Arapaho and Coit, Richardson/N Dallas
What a sweet caring doctor! I was so Impressed with her as well as her staff. After cataract surgery on one eye waiting for second surgery I felt off with one good eye and one bad. I stopped by the office without appointment and they took the time to help me and solved my problem. Drs are no doubt important but staff can make or break a practice. This office has it all together!
She has treated me previously and detected a vision problem that other ophthalmologists and optometrists failed to find. She referred me to an appropriate treatment practice.
