I updated my Subscribe and Save order for the month of March 2026 and verified the change through customer service due to having two orders online through Subscribe and Save for the month of March. I phoned Customer Service and she updated my account and canceled the order, that I didn’t want so it wouldn’t show two orders for March. Love the happy juice and shampoo duo. Just ordered the duo. Would have done auto shipments. But found shipping to pricey ! $11.99 for two 4oz bottles. In my opinion ridiculous. Probably will not have any future orders. Here’s why you give a discount for authorship then jack up the price for shipping. Truly give the customer no savings at all. Sincerely JulieJenson
Even though I am very pleased with their products, just today I encountered an unpleasant experience over the phone with an Amare customer service representative. Their July statement for this month was the usual amount, but to my surprise, they charged me more than my statement showed. All the product arrived 2 weeks later than it should have. Now I have been trying for a month to obtain a refund, or partial refund, from Amare. I had an adverse reaction to one of the products, despite using it according to all the directions. I then had to 'prove' it. The other products did not meet my expectations, did not live up to the claims. Should be a simple return/refund.
