The back area of assistance was great. The dentist was very quick and effective. However the front office needs a liitle traning on how to inter act with the patients. Also to make sure and tell the customer the exact cost of their treatment to include the office visit. Dont tell customer no charge and then when they come in tell them they have a charge from last visit. Thats messed up. No customer service at all.
