Very patient and professional. Went above and beyond to get us our house!
We shared in the beginning of our meetings with amber we only wanted to put down $100,000 for deposit on our new home. She said no problem then at the end of our home purchase, we were shocked to hear that we had to pay over $10,000 more and her communication wasn’t the best. It was usually always last minute.
There was miscommunication during the application process regarding the rates quoted and we had to get our loan documents drawn 3 times to get accurate information.
