Ok,the 4stars goes to the maintenance man,he was efficient ,quick, and didn't leave me a mess.He was on time and professional.THANK YOU MAINTENANCE MAN!! I waited one month! A few weeks before Thanksgiving I notified on the portal,notified five times on portal, bout the kitchen sink (clogged), before anythig was done.I spent Thanksgiving with a clogged sink,it was tough. The new management is fantastic and all their new maintenance staff are super professional in everything they do. I have asked them on 2 or 3 occasions for minor maintenance issues and they have solved it immediately. Thank you and we are seeing general changes such as care of the gardens and that they are painting all the buildings, we are eager to see what new changes come

The attention with the new administration is truly a pleasure, they are very attentive, and all the requirements to date have tried to meet them as soon as possible, let's hope that prices do not increase and the attention remains the same
