This is the second time since June we went to this location on Saturday to use the indoor pool with my children. Chriss & Bruce treated us very poorly, very rude & unprofessional. I was told over the phone that I could bring a guest to use the indoor pool. When I arrived there last Saturday. I was told by Bruce that guests will only allow before 12 pm. I said that's not what I was told over the phone. He called me a liar even though I showed him my call log history. He was very rude and said i don't believe that you called."... read more
I love this facility. Equipped with excellent equipment. Amenities are super nice. Always very clean. Came from a much more expensive facility and don’t know why I didn’t come here sooner

She's been so helpful and patient in explaining things to us (we are new) and has always made herself available when we have questions! Wow I took my family today July 6 at this location and I was totally disappointed, from going in the pool and getting stop & corrected by every life guard from don’t do this and don’t do that I have children in summer camp for the last 4 years and they were just their to have fun but as I was noticing everything my kids were getting corrected for others were doing I don’t know if it was that my kids were African American decent, but also the other families of the same race felt it as well I’ve been to almost every YMCA in th... read more
It’s a great facility overall. Staff members are terrific; so friendly and helpful and professional. Huge number of programs and activities for all ages. Physical plant is showing its age and there seem to be challenges to maintaining it. Locker rooms and showers are especially in need of repair and upgrade. Still, probably the best overall gym and fitness center in the area at an affordable cost.
