I loved it! I have a membership and I go with my friends all the time. The YMCA makes working out fun!!
It's a wonderful welcoming gym. You can catch up on your twitter or Facebook feeds while sitting on equipment as long as you like. No one will bother you.

Do NOT sign up for this gym if you are a serious weightlifter/powerlifter (or if you have a medical condition and potentially need your medical devices while in the gym). They just enacted a "no bags in the gym" rule. This wouldn't be that big of an issue if the locker rooms were in the gym itself, but they're not. Also, there aren't enough lockers for everyone who comes in with a bag in the first place - so jokes on them. This is a great place to work out. The child watch area is staffed with wonderful people. The kids look forward to playing there while the grown-ups workout
