Made it easy to renew insurance and answered questions in a timely manner.
It was timely and professional.
Couldnt renew on the website. One of the name fields would nt populate. Called 800 number and was told "to use another browser. I told them i would just pay by check and was told i was at risk of cancellation though I had 3 weeks vefore it was due. First time I evwr had any issue in 17 years with American Massage Council.Disappointing! A website should be simple and work. Thx.
You made it really hard to renew. Almost considered going elsewhere. There was no grace in the renewal date. If it isn't renewed by the date then fine we aren't covered. But to make us reapply when we have been with your for years. That's ridiculous.
I had to call 2xs. The first representative didn't help . The second one he was able to figure why I couldn't renew it online. He helped me . Looked for reasons offered to hold while i did. The first girl i talk to was not very knowledgeable. I
Having my name mispronounced over the phone 5 times and correcting with customer care 2 times and the male employee not hearing or respecting to get the hint how to pronounce my name correctly was a bit unprofessional and disrespectful. Since being a member since 2008 2009 I believe is a little lack of wanting to remember clients are important and should be heard and respected.
I was disappointed that AMC stopped carrying general liability insurance - which I was fine paying extra for. So many practitioners work from home, and need this coverage. Also, the payment by check option is not listed (which I prefer for security reasons). And, the address at the bottom of the page is microscopic. Since I've never needed to use the coverage, I can't speak to it...
I've with this insurance company since 2008. I've done the online fill out form I've had the form mail sent and filled it out taken a picture of it and sent it it's worked great until now I feel it's oddly complicated. I filled the form on time and send it in a day before due it didn't go through I got a email from here and was told it's a day late and they never got it. I sent again and again.
