Edwin was very knowledgeable about the mortgage application process. He explained lending options that others did not. For a first time home buyer, it's crucial to know what options are available. He also helped throughout the entire process of applying for a mortgage and applying for additional programs available to first time home buyers. Other lenders did not offer to help that way. Also, to our surprise, the lending rates were very competitive with online only lenders.

Edwin was able to gain my client's trust and navigate them through the process. He got them pre-approved before they went looking for houses. This was critical because the builder's loan officer would not approve them for a loan initially. He was always available to answer questions and even helped at the end when Prosperity underwriters asked for changes.
