Brandon stayed on top of my loan process and kept the ball rolling. He kept me posted and was available for my questions throughout. There was a hiccup the day before COE when the seller didn’t have all of the repairs completed and we had to add a hold back agreement to the contract at the last minute. Brandon and his team at APM powered through and we closed only one day later. I would highly recommend Brandon and APM for your loan needs.
