Dale was great to work with! He was able to get us a traditional loan with a great interest rate when other lenders said that wasn't possible in our circumstances. We bought a home without a realtor and he maintained close communication with us, advising and working with our best interests in mind throughout the process, including being there in person when we signed the purchase contract and at closing. I highly recommend him for your lending needs.

Very simple and detailed process. I had looked at other lenders, but it quickly became clear that John looked at all the details. After reviewing all the information the best option was presented in a clear and understandable fashion. This is by far the best loan experience I have ever had.
This is the second time Dale has done a refinance for me and he did a great job just as he did the first time. He was very professional, reviewed all of my options, but most importantly told me I needed to act a week after we discussed it as he anticipated the rates could change. After locking in my rate he showed me the change that took place, which was not in my favor.
