Mel was the best part of the home buying experience, she was thorough and kind. She really did go above and beyond. Felt like we knew her forever. She almost always answered her phone when we called, and if she didn’t she’d send a message immediately to let us know she’d call us right back when she could. Next time we buy a house, we’ll have to use her because no one could compare!
She helped us with a complicated situation and was available all the time to help out. Really appreciated all of the help.
