I was able to get an appointment today to have three hose bibbs replaced. One of them was leaking and costing money. I asked for the plumber to come after 12:00pm. ****, the plumber, arrived shortly after 12:00 pm. He looked at what had to be done and explained step by step how he was going to replace the bibbs. He also showed me different hose bibbs so I was able to pick out the ones I wanted. **** was able to replace all three bibbs which were original from when the house was built in 1972. When my water heater broke down, I called American Plumbing, and they sent a technician the same day. The plumber was knowledgeable and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I had a plumbing emergency, and American Plumbing came through quickly. Their team was professional, explained everything in detail, and resolved my issue efficiently. The pricing was fair, and they left everything clean after the job. Highly recommend their services!

It isn't often that you see the president of a company working. I met Terry Smith today to check a possible collapsed sewer line and he gave me the BEST news a plumber possibly could. After scoping & tracing our house sewer deep into the back yard, he came back to tell me that the small swamp between me & my neighbor wasn't my problem. We Were Fine!!! I've found our forever Baton Rouge plumber. Good crews. Responsive. Good call-backs. Thanks Terry!!! Glad to meet you

65.00 to come out and say the bathtub faucets need to be replaced and want 2200.00 for that. If it took 4 hours that would be 550.00 per hour. And I would have to buy the new faucets. Guess I am in the wrong business.

We quoted a price to replace a deckmount faucet with no exposed piping and no access without removal of the cultured marble. The plumber told him that without access we felt we would be there at least all day. The customer was advised of our $65.00 service fee in advance and he knew the quote was not binding. It was only a quote. We never force anybody into anything. We are happy to address any concerns the customer may have.
