I liked that my questions were answered by Elaina honestly and she put me at ease in my journey to paying off my debt.
Not happy with the way they have and still are handling my Best Egg account. I feel this account could have been resolved way before I got a summons for court. Now I need to find an absorbent amount of money to try and negotiate with Best Egg before the court date to avoid a garnishment. So not right.
I spoke with Shelly V. and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Anytime I call Americor they pick up promptly and answer any questions. They have really taken the stress out of this process. I can't imagine any other company that deals with this type of service to be better at this!

Michelle H was so kind and patient with me. She stayed on the phone with me for nearly two hours discussing my financial hardship and did not give up on finding me a solution. She coached me every step of the way. Americor gave me hope when I thought I had no options left.

She went above and beyond I come from 20 years of experience in banking. I feel she deserves a raise promotion paid vacation whatever you can give her because.
