Good customer service, friendly staff, great company that cares about their customers.
They took care of people calling me all the time even at my job.

I have had good experience so far. Customer service has been polite and informative. wish the process was a bit quicker
It's confusing, they keep telling me to be patient, I get one settlement after about 7 months. But the email I got didn't tell me anything about what the settlement was. The worker called and told me about it, but nothing was certain. The Americor workers tell you what need. Just trust the process. I'm a member of the group on Facebook, just remember, it's a long process.
I would really appreciate seeing my accounts being settled a little sooner but I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from the customer support team that I’ve interacted with. It has been really difficult to see my credit take such a hit during this process.
