Americor was the best choice and option. I was walked through the process and all of my questions were answered since the beginning. I spoke to Derek and he was very good at listening and explaining. Four or five yrs ago a Debt Consolidation called Titan Legal After me paying 800 monthly payment they never spoke to creditors. Closed their door no money in no money out. They kept my funds so Basically they stole my money. I was hesitant yet Derek understood my direct questions were answered and made me feel I was with different people. Plus he said he could understand my concern

I do recommend Americor, for the events of having to essentially 'start over". It is a great resource and I am excited to be over this hump of financial struggle. However, the communication at the end has been pretty horrendous. I have been in contact with Americor/Credit9 in regards to a payment issue and had yet to seen the resolution which has not caused a further issue.
