Nothing was too much trouble Throughout the entire matter David Chapman and his staff were kind, thoughtful and understanding, without ever being patronizing. During the protracted purchasing of a property, caused by problems of one type or another with a rather long chain, David and staff were always on the ball and genuinely cared for us and worked to an eventually successful outcome.

The process of updating our wills The staff we dealt with were all very polite and personable. We were disappointed that there were obvious errors in the first draft. There was a long delay after that and by the time it came to signing the wills Chris was seriously ill and was in fact admitted to hospital as an emergency a few days later, 3 months after our first meeting with Adam.
