The reason I wouldn’t recommend them is we tried several times to contact and they never got back with use. That makes us wonder if there responsible enough to build what we want
I would go somewhere other than the Van Buren location. Sam has been dishonest from the beginning. He lied about the shed, pricing, delivery. Luke was responding at first then quit as soon as we said something about what he said that ended up being untrue. Kindsay helped out after Sam lied about the shed to us. If you look at the other negative reviews everytime a customer says that they said one thing or was dishonest they claim "miscommunication". RecommendedI initially invested a total of $500 over a period of 5 weeks. My bonus/profit was $6,050, every attempt to make withdrawal failed and I was instructed to make another deposit of $2,500 before I can make withdrawals which I did. till now, I'm still unable to make withdrawals and all attempts to contact brokers have failed. We have bought 3 sheds at the Van Buren location, when we purchased the 1st one was told if we ever needed it moved regardless if it was 5ft. or 5 miles the move is free, well after we needed shed one moved after the 3rd purchase was told there is a large change to move shed, all we need is moved about 5ft. Have stopped at location 3 times and each time was told they would get back same day, well never have been contacted back. Glad we don't need another shed. My wife and I along with another witness was talking to Sam about the new buildings and he actually brought a repro building to our attention and pointed it out for us to go look at on their lot and said the price would be under $3000. Then when you tell them you’ll take it for 3000 they give us the runaround for a month and say it’s $7000 building
