Dr. Balaratna caring attention to me
I had an excellent meeting with the physician's assistant who conducted a complete interview and we discussed my recent hospital stay and future medical plans. She answered all my questions and made important suggestions for both cardiac rehab and PT. Importantly, she did not hurry me and took appropriate time for the visit. I feel I know how to proceed to take care of my heart health.
No long wait time. Had a wonderful appointment with Sarah. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all I didn't feel rushed. I left feeling so confident that I had received expert advice in a well communicated manner.
Doctors and staff are both personable and professional. Office wait time is minimal. The team is organized and conscientious. I always feel "heard."
This was my first time going to AMS Cardiology in Horsham. I saw Karim Hemady for a follow-up after I had heart testing. He was pleasant and attentive and took the time to talk to me about my results. He has been one of the most personable health workers I have met. Thank you, Karim and AMS.
Easy to get appointments, little wait time, attentive doctors and staff.
Had my 1st appointment today, staff was wonderful as well as Dr. Shapiro. I did not have to wait to be addressed when I came in nor did I wait to be taken to a room, and the Doctor was in the room in a minute and spent time with me. Wonderful JOB!!!
