Amy was absolutely amazing. I feel like when we were first using a realtor that Amy was able to answer any and every question we asked even if we really should've been asking our realtor. We could immediately tell that Amy was such a wealth of information we couldn't help but reach out to her. I anticipate we'll buy another home in the future after a few years (dang capital gains taxes) and we wouldn't consider using anyone else except Amy and her team.
Self employed people generally need more attention and go through greater scrutiny when going through a new mortgage process. Amy had great insight and knowledge of the process, available programs and what we needed to qualify for each. Glad to be new homeowners again!
