I have been seeing Dr. Zavell for about two years, ever since she opened her office, and couldn't be more pleased with her care. She is always accessible, very concerned to address any issues with my recurrences of skin cancer, and is just generally totally attentive and thorough in her care. And she is always pleasant, never makes me feel rushed with my appointment.
For a new patient visit Dr Zavell did a very minimal exam & spent very little time discussing my 2 issues. Now it’s been over 2 weeks & I am still waiting on results of the biopsy. I have emailed the office with no response & when I call I just get left on hold with the “Your call is very important to us” & finally after 5 minutes you are told to leave a message. Not patient friendly.
