I had to take all 4 of my fur babies into the vet this last month for their normal checkups which gives me anxiety to begin with. But this time around we had Rik Smith who was so genuine and took the time to ease my brain about my 2 oldest pets. He didn't make me feel bad or rushed and answered all of my questions and loved on my pets while we talked. I was already a fan of this clinic but he definitely makes the 40 min drive worth it if you want someone who truly cares about your fur babies!!!! Thank you so much Rik!!! Clyd... read more

Best veterinarian office that I have ever been to! I was going here then I moved to Kalona and my dog was attacked by another dog, nobody else would see him and we drove all the way there! I have taken all of my dogs there.
Tonight we had to take our dog there to be put to eternal rest. Words cannot express how grateful my family is for the compassion you showed for our family and our beloved dog. Thank you to your entire staff . You showed love, patience and kindness and I can truly tell the way you spoke to us and our fur baby that you have a true passion for taking care of animals.
