Nice above ground pool, hot tub was great. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room inside as well as on the grounds. House is well maintained and the deck and patio are perfect. Hope to be able to return in the future.
Overall this place is fantastic! Very spacious and clean. Smelled really nice too. Love the fire pit, hot tub, deck and pool layout. The only reason I took a star off is because the bathroom on the first floor would get flooded each time someone took a shower because it was completely flat. We mopped up after but the mop wasn’t very clean and the bathroom became dirty after. We cleaned up with our paper towels after. That being said, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. My family and I enjoyed our trip to this property. The pool is large and you will get a tan on the deck. The grill and bomb fire was a great addition to the back yard. The house is large enough that no one will be on top of each other. The kitchen has all the pots and utensils needed to cook if you choose to. The property is a 25 min ride to mount Pocono where there is a Weiss, Walmart, Aldi etc.

This house is a brand new renovation and thus some items were still being built. For example: -The listed washer/dryer was not there yet. -Pool access was not finished. They did get it ready for us to use but access was via an unfinished basement and a temporary wobbly ladder. There was a lower porch in the process of being built. There is a contract that must be filled out correctly. Please follow instructions for check in and check out. Great hot tub room.
