Movers be a little more careful to not scuff walls.
William, Brown and Trey did a wonderful job loading. William and the others we're very helpful and professional with the delivery.
Arrival was a little late, so punctuality could be improved. Show the bill before loading to clear up any understandings at the beginning, especially insurance.

Lorenzo and Jerome were very professional , courteous and very hard working. I was very impressed with their work ethic . They had to take everything in the elevator to the 4th floor..Also Sandy in the office was very helpful.

Overall, move was good. Staff of movers responded to every request and performed well. A little disappointed that the actual cost was significantly higher, while actual total hours were the same as the final estimate. Was never explained minimum hours charge, which was not included in estimate.
