If there is an issue with payment reach out instead of continuing to try to run a credit card that has been shut off. Then when I finally reach out to have an issue I needed fix then your company say I cannot get propane unless I pay ahead of time. I also have had several issues with Anderson propane equipment and they have only been out once to inspect it and the only reason they came out is because their equipment was leaking propane. Then I was told I have to pay for these inspections.

Have had Anderson Propane for just over a year now. Really like everything about this.
Service was very fast. I called on Monday and the truck arrived the next day. The driver was very courteous. The man that answered the phone when I called to have my propane tank filled was very polite and professional, his name was Dan. I didn’t get the name of the truck driver who provided the service.

Your last delivery was while We stood had a considerable snow on the ground. Our driveway is about 200yds to the tank we are on auto delivery, but I checked the tank and we were down to about 15%. I called that afternoon and the delivery was here the next morning. Thanks for your great service.
