Fantastic Customer Service Throughout my entire process, Andrew was professional, informative, and concerned with what I wanted to take away from the refinance. After our transaction was complete he followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of by the mortgage company. He also made sure I was aware of and taking advantage of IRRRL benefits I earned at the 6 month mark. His knowledge and customer service are above reproach.
It was a good experience I was surprised at the ease of the process. A lot of the credit goes to Andre Jolley. I was kept up to date with the process and the timeline. This kept the stress down during the process. He was understanding and very responsive to me.

Due to circumstances it was a long process Seemed like a lot of back and forth. But maybe our loan was a little harder. We changed loan officers in mid stream. That kinda made a difference to me in the process
