Efficient , professional procedure
Andrew was extremely responsive and the processors (especially Marina) were very diligent. Everything went great until the day before the closing when we were informed that the video closing option we had selected (because I was not local) would not be acceptable. With the assistance of the law firm's legal assistant we were able to find an alternative so that we closed on schedule, but it seems that problem should have been identified earlier in the process to avoid last-minute scrambling.
