Very thorough with his exams and explanations and very honest and realistic with his prognoses
Dr Sim takes the time to spend quality time with me, explaining to me his assessment of my condition in detail, and treatment options available. Since I find some doctors seemed more focused on hardly communicating with me, but just getting me out the door, and getting on to their next patient as fast as possible, Dr. Sim's approach to the health care of the individual is very refreshing, and supportive.
Finally a doctor who patiently explains the dx complete with a model of spine pointing out the affected areas. Explains the treatment procedures thoroughly insuring his patient understands. Follows up the next day with a personal phone call. He listens carefully to his patient and responds appropriately to questions. My time with Dr Sim is never rushed making me feel as if I'm his only patient.
Very relieved I saw Dr Sim. He was caring courteous and professional.
Dr. Sim is a kind and compassionate doctor. He was willing to spend as much time as I needed to explain all about what is causing me pain and how he would treat it. I was very happy with my visit to see Dr. Sim.

It was such a pleasant experience being treated by Dr. Sim. I have chronic back pain for 2 years and tried physical therapy and other treatment with no success. The process of making appointment with him was smooth, staff is very friendly Dr. Sim is very nice, professional and knowledgable. I was skeptical about the injection, but Dr. Sim patiently explained to me in detail about my disease & answered all my questions. With only 1 procedures on my back, I am pain free now. Tk u so much Dr. Sim!
I've had several problems with this provider. This time was the last straw. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sim in the Landing office. I scheduled the appointment about a month ahead of time, he's only there twice a month. I show up to the Landing office at my scheduled time and the office is closed. I called and explained the problem, that they must have scheduled me for the wrong office and I need an appointment to get my meds refilled. So, I go see the dr. in Parsippany and assume all is well.
