The no nonsense approach and he gave everything he said was right and he offered it education which also proved correct but but somewhere along the line people did not do their job fell down on their face which could have proved very inconvenient to me had I not had the material they wanted by accident I told you you deal with business in South Carolina they are incompetent and lazy

Communication, communication, Communication!!! Excessive number of people I didn't know and had no idea who they were sent and requested stuff from us during this process! There should be only one(1) point of contact during the process. I do not believe it to be Andy's fault or failure. The problem as well as the solution is within the leadership of the company.
