It would've been better if her mistakes did not cost us $500 and almost make us lose our dream house. Had it not been for another lender coming to the rescue, we wouldn't be in the house now. She showed no remorse for her mistake, for causing us to lose cash and showed no effort to help us when it seemed it would require her to put in some work for us.

We did not feel as though Angela worked for us. Sje was not very communicative and seemed more interested in helping the sellers of the home we were going to purchase, rather than us. She made a HUGE error on our original application, which caused us to lose the first home we wanted and $500 from an inspection that we didn't need. She never did anything to fix that situation or our trust. After we backed out of the house, she never even contacted us another time. Awful experience!!!
