It was a great experience overall and I really liked the convenience of the electronic signing prior to close. However, the communication around the e-sign process could be better in two ways: 1- be very clear when the docs are ready for signature. We received a notification 5 days prior to close that told us we could review the docs but a rep would contact us with final numbers.
