Angie Topp is wonderful overall and the house appraiser and everyone worked with the refinancing. Angie Topp was the only loan person who believes and given me chances 18 years ago when i originally bought my house. God leads me to who i can trust and leads you to believe that american dream is possible with hardwork and perseverance.

Stockton, and in particular, Angie Topp was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although a little quirky at times, the online Stockton app did make things easier and quicker. The automatic links generated in the app often led to pages that didn't allow the required action. Angie sent links that worked. This was common throughout the process. Overall, I would say I would look nowhere else for future needs and Angie will be the ONLY agent I promote.
