I am a new pet owner. Never had one as a child and now I could not imagine being without my adorable cat. We would have lost her if it wasn't for Dr. Morris. From our first visit with her, I was assured that she was committed to saving our cat's life. It was a Sunday and our vet's office was not opened and she took my cat right in. Here is my story they claim the shots are free for the pets but they never mention is an exam fee which’s terrible I called them 3 times and they never mention this until i was ready to leave , i think is very unprofessional and a way to lure customers to your location, free vaccines then a 500+ bill... totally unacceptable..

They turned away our loving dog that they have been treating for diabetes in an emergency diabetic crisis at 4:00 pm on a Saturday. They advertise 24/7 emergency service and left us finding our own care. Unacceptable, they will no longer care for our pets. Very disappointed.

Just went to Animal Care Center of North Jersey for 2 nail clippings ONLY. I called yesterday and was told it would be $19.95 plus tax per dog. First, the vet wanted to charge me $118 for both dogs for an exam SHE DID NOT DO. When I refused to pay that, the receptionist went and spoke with the dishonest vet lady. Then came out saying it would be $32 plus tax per dog for A NAIL CLIPPING, and that was the best they could do. I ended up paying almost $69 for 2 nail clippings.
